Our estimated U.S. delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has shipped.

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, and other unexpected circumstances.

4. Order Processing

Order processing takes place before shipment and is separate from the delivery estimate. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order verification.

The 7–15 business day delivery estimate begins after shipment, not when the order is first placed.

5. Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available, shipment tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier's system.

6. Delivery Delays

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
